Overhead Gantry CranesTraining
A National High Risk License is not required to operate a bridge or gantry crane that is controlled from the ground by a pendant and has three or less powered operations.
However, under OH&S Legislation (Duty of Care), an employer is obliged to provide their staff with instruction, training and supervision in the safe operation of any plant and equipment used in the workplace.
This is a half day training course in the safe operation of a pendant (or pendulum) control type gantry crane is provided at your site, using your equipment, for groups of up to 10 participants.

- Emergency procedures
All successful participants meeting the assessment criteria will be issued a Statement of Attainment.
Participants must be over 18 years of age, be able to speak and understand English; understand technical concepts; and provide Identification.
