Overhead Gantry CranesTraining
A National High Risk Work License is not required to operate a bridge or gantry crane that is controlled from the ground by a pendant and has three or less powered operations.
However, under WHS Legislation (Duty of Care), a PCBU is obliged to provide workers with instruction, training and supervision in the safe operation of any plant and equipment used in the workplace.
This is a half day training course in the safe operation of a pendant (or pendulum) control type gantry crane is provided at your site, using your equipment, for groups of up to 12 participants.

- Emergency procedures
All successful participants meeting the assessment criteria will be issued a Statement of Attainment for TLD3043 Shift loads using gantry equipment.
Participants must be over 18 years of age, be able to speak and understand English; understand technical concepts; and provide Identification.
- 4 hours
$1500 per session (gst-free) for a group of up to 12 people.
