Sensortechnics' OxyProof series is a new family of Industrial Pressure Transmitters for oxygen applications. These sensors feature special materials, manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures to enable safe pressure measurements of pure oxygen gas.
They are certified by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) for safe use in gaseous oxygen service. The OxyProof series allows for absolute or gage pressure measurements of oxygen up to 600 bar at sensor operating temperatures up to 60 °C.
The fully media isolated transmitters are based either on all welded stainless steel sensor cells or proven ceramic technology. They are temperature compensated and offer a variety of voltage or current output signals.
Sensortechnics can easily customise these products to offer individual pressure calibrations as well as all industry-standard pressure connections and electrical terminations.All OxyProof transmitters are EMC compliant and CE-marked.

The OxyProof series can be used in many medical and industrial oxygen applications such as pure gas generation, gas control systems or oxygen filling and supply systems.
