 Historically, the fresh potato was typically used as an ingredient in products like potato salads or as an ingredient for the catering industry.

As lifestyles and eating habits have changed, fresh potato products have come more to the front as major components on ready prepared meals as well as a stand alone product sold in the retail outlets.

The fresh potato products come in many different forms and shapes. Common forms are chilled and cooked & chilled. More recently pasteurised and indeed sterilised products have become popular as well.

Optical sorters can be used to control the quality of the raw potatoes, cut and final product and also to remove foreign material and defects. Our blanching, cooling and cooking equipment offers our customers a uniform product with a perfect bite.

All the lines can be delivered with SCADA systems for automatic control and continuous process monitoring and data logging. They are built to the latest European safety and hygiene standards and can be built to comply with local regulations and demands.

All practical capacities can be achieved from small semi automatic start up lines to fully automated high capacity lines, which are regularly delivered to large multinational processors around the world.
