The CTR-System is the expert for the variety of coiled baked goods in your product line. With its help you can create virtually any conceivable shape, because instead of cutting the dough forms with rollers, it punches them directly and precisely from the dough sheet. And since the dough shapes are placed in the right position on the conveyor belt during the punching out operation -- and therefore "handled" only once -- the CTR works the dough much more gently than the vast majority of its competitors. This is the best way to maintain the dough's texture.


The CTR is a high-performance system with some impressive features. It will allow you, for instance, to produce as many as 5,000 baked goods per hour.
