Properly trained TPM3 Leaders / Instructors produce the best results for their company. Companies that have followed this path have, in our opinion, produced both the best TPM3 Leaders / Instructors and achieved the most impressive cost effective performance results for their company. Examples of such companies would be ACI Plastics Packaging, Alphapharm, Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts (NZ), Coopers Brewery, Simplot Australia, Sugar Australia and many more.
We are a membership-based organisation assisting companies since 1996 to strive for Operational Excellence by progressively developing and unleashing the full potential of their people, equipment and processes using our proven Australasian TPM3 approach to TPM and Lean.
CTPM provides the expertise and guidance to accelerate the tangible and intangible benefits for all stakeholders from the successful introduction and implementation of TPM & Lean at your site.
Our research and experience has shown that to be able to fully understand and implement TPM & Lean into an Australasian work environment, all employees from top management to shop floor require:
- Education (why and how)
- Demonstration (copying)
- Practice (doing)
- Experience (time and reflection).
As such, CTPM has developed a proven flexible methodology supported by comprehensive team member manuals and booklets along with providing a 3 level support process aimed at the rapid development of your Co-ordinator, Champions and Team Leaders to ensure the highest probability of success.
