QC12K series hydraulic shear takes swing beam operation ensures clean cut of all application.

It is quick and convenient to adjust clearance between upper and bottom blades evenly by handle. The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled the machines has the function of single shearing and automatic continuous shearing. After inputting precomputed data, the back gauge can be automatically moved, positioned and stooped.

The fast acting backgauge travels on dual guides and a ballscrew and nut assembly, and is controlled by the easy to use Italian made Minikol M15S CNC controller with LED touch screen. This provides quick and precise positioning of the backgauge to 0.1 mm.

Table equipment includes ball transfers to aid the movement of plate, plus heavy duty front support arms and side squaring arms with scale and stops. Purpose made front finger guard permits close positioning of the material to the blades and yet maintains a complete safe working condition.

Optional equipment includes Pneumatic Rear Sheet Support Systems to aid the positioning and handling of thin sheet metal material.
