Hako has extended its ride-on scrubber-drier range with the launch of Scrubmaster B115R Ride On Scrubber.
This new ride-on machine combines the manoeuvrability and convenience of its predecessor, the Scrubmaster B650R/B750R, with numerous innovative features and additional functions.
With a turning circle of just 169 cm, the B115R can be used in very confined aisles and corridors. It has a working width of up to 90cm with the disc brush and 85cm with the cylindrical brush, 20% more than the predecessor Scrubmaster B650/750R.
As a result of the narrow, compact design and brush heads projecting on both sides, the operator has an excellent view of the working area.
An optional sound insulation package is available which includes a ‘silent’ button to reduce noise when vacuuming in noise-sensitive areas to just 60 dB(A).
The Scrubmaster B115R disc brush is available fitted with a 65, 75 or 90 cm wide disc brush unit, enabling an area coverage of up to 5,800 m²/h.
The new disc brush heads are driven by two independent drive motors, the brush pressure can be adjusted.
The disc brush unit is equipped with Hako Aqua Control brushes which save both water and cleaning agent. All disc brush models are provided with a brush release mechanism which enables brushes to be changed quickly and easily.
The Scrubmaster B115R cylindrical brush is available fitted with a 70 or 85 cm wide cylindrical brush unit, enabling an area coverage of up to 5500 m²/h.
Cylindrical brushes are particularly suited for work on structured floors or tiled floors with joints, ensuring thorough cleaning and sweeping up of coarser debris.
The Scrubmaster B115R has an on-board charger as standard. The operator is also provided with additional storage space. An intelligent service indicator immediately alerts operators about required maintenance, contributing to longer machine life.
The Scrubmaster B115R also comes with a new 'boost' button. When pressed, the maximum water supply and brush pressure is activated for one minute to enable maximum cleaning performance on a heavily soiled area. After one minute has elapsed, the machine reverts back to the previous setting continue normal operation.
Chemical on Demand-System (CoD) is an optional extra which activates the supply of chemical, as required on the floor, at the touch of a button. The CoD system allows areas which are lightly soiled to be cleaned with no chemical dosage.
This 'on demand' idea is both environmentally and economically friendly to the customer with reduced chemical costs and wastage.
Further options include working lights, hand-held scrubbing and vacuuming tool, air-sprung seat and tool basket.
The Scrubmaster B115R is truly the most manoeuvrable scrubber-drier in its class.
