Sepro is offering new package for the handling of parts, boxes & crates and their palletization at the foot of the press or on the periphery of the production cell. This flexible offer ranges from turnkey solutions to specific configurations integrating your existing equipment with many new benefits:

• Same after sales service as for the Sepro robots
• Ready to palletize boxes, card boxes, parts.

SEPRO Offer

Basic package with a Success 33 robot as follows: Or we can offer the same with the Strong 40 and 50 models.

• 2 pallets - Chep or Euro pallets and layer pad space. Can be made to suot 
• 15KG payload   (Strong 40: 20kg, Strong 50: 35kg)
• 1300 mm horizontal stroke ( Strong 40: 1300mm, Strong 50: 1500mm , allows 2 conveyor approaches)
• 1800mm vertical stroke ( Strong 40: 2000mm, Strong 50: 2500mm)
• 3500mm longitudinal stroke (Can be supplied longer, we have installed a system with 10M stroke)
• 2 doors safety guarding
• Safety management
• Gripper for 600x400 standard boxes
• We also have access for faster palletising to the Sepro S5 and S7 series as well).
• From$106K + GST installed with guards and light curtain. We can customise the solution to suit you

 

Palletiser Operations

• The boxes arrive on the conveyor belt.
• The boxes are placed on a pallet.
• If the pallet is full, the palletizer will place the parts on the other pallet.
• The operator can pick the full pallet without the robot being stopped. The production is maintained.

• Pallet height : up to 2.4 (more on demand)
• Payload : up to 50kg (more on demand)
• Palletizing : parts, card boxes, boxes, trays
• Pallet quantity : 1 to 10+, adjustable dimensions
• Interlayer management
• Pallet management : Possibility to convey empty and full pallets
• AGV interface
