Santa's List is an Access database developed for tracking the giving of gifts and greeting cards. It can be used for personal use or by organisations in their client relations activities. As a gift database or greeting card database it greatly eases the managing of such information.
Santa's List can record complete details of all your contacts, clients, friends, family etc. You can also give each contact a Santa's Rating - from 'Naughty', 'Not so Bad' to 'Nice', to assist with deciding who should receive gifts and/or cards.
You can then run a report that lists contacts by their rating, as a shopping list.
You can record all gifts and cards given, logging by category and type. You can track costs if required to help manage you gift giving budget.
Gifts and cards are given for specific events, that are totally configurable by you. You are not limited to Christmas giving, you can track gifts and cards for all occasions.
If you enter birth dates for contacts and enable the Birthday Check the system will tell you each time you start what birthdays are coming up. You can then enter a gift or card, or print out a report for those gift hunting excursions.
There is a comprehensive set of reports, including reports for summarising the gifts and cards you have given in the past, for listing all those contacts yet to receive a gift, listing birthdays and contacts generally, and more.
Reports can be customised with filter forms that allow you to decide what data is selected.
Santa's List can also be installed on a network for multiple users.
