The cartoner automatically selects, erects, and prepares flat cartons for the operator as products are delivered to the load station by an integral conveyor. The operator slides products into the open cartons, after which the machine folds the end flaps, applies glue, and seals the cartons, ejecting finished packs out the end of the machine.

Most machines run comfortably at 50-60 packs per minute with one operator.
For higher speeds, a Fully Automatic End Load Cartoner is recommended.
