On placement of an order clients are provided with our dedicated Customer Service Team to manage the hire process:
- Book In The Order – Confirm Vehicle Specification and Type
- Confirm Insurance Details and Administration Requirements
- Arrange Vehicle Delivery To Site (Mobilisation) or collection from one of our workshops
- Book and Confirm regular Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
- Maintaining Vehicle Registration and Accreditation where applicable
- Regular Client Liaison
- recovery of vehicle from site on contract completion (Demobilisation),
- or assist in the coordination of return to workshop.
