No matter where you are or what you need, we can offer practical, cost effective solutions to suit almost any budget. Our sturdy Shade Systems are designed to withstand the strongest winds and harshest weather conditions. Permanent and fully engineer certified, they last for years and years with very little ongoing maintenance. Typically our structures are warranted for a full 15 years with a design life of over 25 years.
We have completed covers to span an entire bowling green using lightweight but incredibly strong materials, this results in all weather all season usability of the green. Inverted lights reflect and diffuse to produce a soft even light with virtually no shadowing. Acoustically and aesthetically, Ffabric Structures are far superior than a basic tin roof.
Bowling Clubs are installing synthetic greens for low maintenance. Our 100% UV all weather covers allow natural light through and greatly extend the life-span of the synthetic green.
We have designed, manufactured and installed canopies to cover two bowling greens at Raymond Terrace Bowling Club in NSW. The first of its type in Australia, it uses state-of-the-art technology and engineering. Contact us today and we will explain the benefits of this revolutionary cover.
Our global experience coupled with our skilled staff have led to us becoming one of Australia’s leading tension membrane specialists. Award winning shade solutions at realistic prices is what we are about.
Shade to Order has been manufacturing sails since 1979. We are 100% Australian owned and wherever possible, we use Australian made goods and services.
Shade structures, including fabric awnings and any type of shade sail are manufactured from either PVC coated polyester fabric or Teflon Coated Fibreglass Fabric (PTFE) which can span large distances without the supporting structures used in conventional buildings. Galvanised and powder coated / industrial coated steelwork, stainless steel fittings and wire cables combine with the shade sail to create maintenance free covered areas.
Our team of expert staff include design consultants, salespeople, draftspeople, fabric handling experts, project managers, purchasing staff, accounting officers and secretaries. Each is highly experienced and contributes to the smooth process of designing, manufacturing, and installing a tension membrane structure.
