Kistler Correvit Optical Speed Sensor
Since the introduction of the world's first optical speed and distance sensor in 1981, Corrys have worked continually to bring increasingly high levels of accuracy and repeatability to the non contact measurement of dynamic variables including speed, distance, angle and height.
1 axis Non-Contact Optical Speed Sensors
L-350 / L-Motion
Designed for high-precision, slip-free measurement of distance, longitudinal speed (up to 250 kph) and acceleration (brake tests) for vehicle dynamics testing under extreme testing conditions, e.?g. measuring longitudinal dynamics on snow and ice as well as wet surfaces.
2-Axis Non Contact Optical Velocity and Slip Angle Sensors
S-Motion
For high-precision, slip-free measurement of distance, speed and angle in vehicle dynamics tests; for example: steady-state circular course driving (ISO 4138).
S-Motion DTI sensors use the proven Correvit technology in combination with an inertial system. The integrated sensors allow determination of additional measurement values which means: less instrumentation, less costs and expenditure of time.
Further advantages: high accuracy and measurement frequency, low adjustment effort at the vehicle, shorter setup time, no running-in procedure.
SFII
For high-precision measurement of distance, speed and angle in vehicle dynamics testing applications.
Small and lightweight (180 ... 250 grams); with long-life, vibration-resistant infrared LED illumination. Suited for racing applications.
SF Race
For high-precision, slip-free measurement of distance, longitudinal and transverse speed as well as angle for vehicle dynamics testing.
SF Race sensors with special ECU are developed to meet the specific requirements in motor racing.
S-HR
Featuring a high-resolution, low-noise angle signal.
For high-precision measurement of distance, speed and angle in vehicle dynamics testing, for example: ISO 4138 steady-state circular-course driving, ISO 7401 step steering input, tire research.
