LowPro™ Conveyors - light, cost effective stainless steel conveyor systems
Traditional lightweight conveyors are made from aluminium profile, which while being great for dry areas, are not suitable for wet areas due to the oxidation of the aluminium profile. To overcome this challenge, Australis Engineering has developed a range of lightweight, low profile stainless steel conveyors to suit the needs of wet area production.
LowPro™ Stainless Steel Slat Conveyors
While our LowPro™ stainless steel slat conveyors were designed with wet environments in mind, they will perform equally well in dry situations, again with the added benefit of full stainless steel construction at a very similar price to aluminium light weight conveyors. Our LowPro conveyors have been successfully operating in major beverage and food production environments in Australia and overseas for many years. LowPro conveyors are proven performers.
To get the greatest benefit from your LowPro system, our EZY-Change™ Guide Rail System can also be fitted to your LowPro Conveyors to allow for multiple sized products to be conveyed with super quick change over time between product runs.
The LowPro range is available in module lengths of 2.4m, as well as curves, turntables or side transfer modules. We also offer slat conveyors with alpine modules, lowerators, grippers or lay-downs.
Australis LowPro conveyors are built to order. However we have available a full range of side plates, chain and rollers to ensure that your conveyors can be manufactured in the shortest time frame possible. Pending your exact requirements, most conveyors can be manufactured withing 15 to 20 business days of receipt of payment! (Larger, or more complex systems may take longer than this).
