Storage System | Vista

Supplier: Viscon Australia

This system is designed for the storage of crate stacks.

Price Guide: POA

Starting with a single lane where the crate stacks arrive, the system can be provided in two basic designs:

The first type is based on a FIFO principle. The crate stacks run on a shuttle that is able to run sideways along several lanes. The shuttle stores the stack(s) in the designated lane. At the end of these lanes, a second shuttle is located that delivers the stacks to a lane where a de-stacker is positioned. From this point, separated crates run out of the system ready for further processing.

The second type is based on a LIFO principle. The incoming stacks run directly to the shuttle at the back of the storage. This shuttle delivers the stack to one of the lanes positioned parallel to the incoming lane. From these lanes the last input can be collected by the same shuttle conveyor. The collected stack(s) can now be transported to the de-stacker. The separated crates are ready for further processing.

Both design types are able to store different types of crate.
