The suction blast machine operates on the principle of induction suction: Abrasive flow from hopper into blast gun is achieved by a partial vacuum created by high airflow. The suction blast is ideally suited to low to medium production outputs. It blasts fine and medium media sizes for de-flashing and deburring of soft metal parts and removal of thin surface deposits.
Typical applications of Suction Blast Equipment include:
- Cleaning of metal components
- Deburring and de-flashing
- Paint removal
- Glass etching
