All heavy vehicles comply with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS), in Maintenance Management. Our staff have also obtained awards in Transitional Fatigue Management under this scheme. These vehicles are licensed to carry dangerous goods and explosive products, including Ammonium Nitrate in bulk and packaged.
Ron Skidmore, the Managing Director, has over twenty years of experience in the Transport/Distribution industry. Ron also holds licenses such as security guard, explosives, dangerous goods, blasting licences, and forklift & crane licences. Other qualifications include first aid, firefighting, heavy vehicle mechanics, and nationally recognised training in management. Ron also has extensive training and experience with underground mining and quarry blasting, including the manufacturing of explosives for these tasks. Ron is contactable 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Some of these include being trained to nationally recognised awards in Transport and Distribution. All drivers regularly undergo first aid courses, intensive firefighting training and are fully accredited, while all vehicles are fully equipped with firefighting and first aid equipment.
