This is a brief introduction to Nuplex’s Synthetic Terrazzo system – Architectural Terrazzite
Terrazzite has the appearance of insitu terrazzo without some of the disadvantages that come with terrazzo.
The system is a blend of coloured polyester resin, coloured marble aggregates and fillers which are trowelled over concrete, tile or terrazzo surfaces.
As it is applied in insitu there are no grout lines and the only joints are movement joints that exist in the substrate.
The system has been proven extensively over the past 15 years in NZ malls and has been specified in Australia since 1999.
