How the Program Works
XGAP run a series of workshops with key leaders and stakeholders within their clients organisations. Before every workshop XGAP work hard to understand your business and the challenges you face. Specifically they want to understand your Execution Gap. XGAP!
This is usually achieved through 2 to 3 meetings with key stakeholders and in some programs they will build a Preparation Workshop into our program delivery to ensure the best possible results.
