DURMAT-APLUS Description: Rod for oxyacetylene welding filled with spherical fused tungsten carbide (SFTC) (DIN 8555:G21-GF-55-CG)
Characteristics and Application: Similar to DURMAT A, but due to spherical fused tungsten carbide content this alloy has a higher hardness and wear resistance.
DURMAT-NI-2 Description: Ni-based cored wire filled with fused tungsten carbides in comination with very hard special carbides and Ni-Cr-B-Si (DIN 8555: MF21-60-CGZ)
Characteristics and Application: For semi-automatic welding application.To protect surfaces where extreme abrasive wear in combination with corrosion are encountered. Repairing & hardfacing of ferritic and austenitic steel tools and machine parts (steel castings).
DURMAT-NISE Description: Tubular electrode filled with fused tungsten carbide and a special nickel alloy (DIN 8555: E21-GF-UM-60-CGZ)
Characteristics and Application: For application where extreme abrasion in combination with corrosion is encountered. Overlaying on steel castings, nickel based and stainless steel alloys.
DURMAT-59-PTA Description: PTA metal powder, nickel-based (NiBSi)
Characteristics and Application: Resistant to heavy abrasion and heat. The extreme hardness allows an excellent gliding on high tensile strength steels
