A Dimpleflo used for cooling TOFFEE (which is 78% sugar) from 105°C to 28°C at a Sydney based biscuit processing plant. This outstanding performance was accomplished by increased surface area and minimisation of laminar flow through effective deep dimpling.
Due to space constraints this unit was roof mounted. In the elevated location directly above the baking ovens high ambient temperatures meant the heat exchanger had to be insulated and completely hygienic.
This was achieved with polished stainless steel clad and sealed insulation which is also aesthetically pleasing. This illustrates the versatility Dimpleflo Modular to suit a vast array of applications and environments.
