Trowel on Epoxies -Surecote 500

Conventional and novalac epoxies for use in the food, beverage, chemical and mining industries where non-slip, impervious, hard wearing floor coatings are required. Used where chemical resistance to alkaline chemicals is specifically required.

Surecote 500

Applied at 4 – 6 mm thickness and consists of 100% solids epoxy that is filled with quartz aggregates and pigments to provide a long lasting floor finish that industries such as meat, pharmaceutical, dairies, supermarkets, commercial kitchens, bar floors, beverage and food processing require.

Non slip ratings of R11 and R12 can be achieved with this product. All work is done to AQIS DPI and local government health authority codes. Coves are formed at all floor/wall junctions and are typically 100mm high with a 75mm radius.

The flooring system can be coloured using our standard range of colours (N35, N53, N63 red oxide), colours from the Dulux Master Palette Fandeck or from the granite effect (coloured sand) range.

Surecote 500

General purpose slurry/broadcast epoxy screeds applied to provide corrosion resistant floors in the food and beverage industries.

Surecote 500 AR2

A chemical resistant epoxy that gives excellent resistance to mild organic acids and to fat attack (chicken fat and palm oils) on commercial kitchens and delicatessen floors in supermarkets.

Surecote 500 AR3

A chemical resistant epoxy that gives good resistance to a range of organic acids and in particular, 98% sulphuric acid splash and spillage
