The automatic feeding system transports the products with a high filling rate one by one into special holes in indexing plates. For some products, the best cutting result is when the product is vertically top-tailed. This can either be done manually with one operator or automatically. The products are supported from the top with special designed cups while moving over the slicing knives. The Capacity of the Sushi Chef 3.0 is 6.000 pieces per hour.
