Various models available, the PXXPIDIUS can produce bags or pouches up to 430 mm wide and can pack up to 100 cycles per minute for high speed bagging applications.
How does it work?
Process begins with a cylindrical roll of film which is transferred through the collar. The film will then fold and vertical seal bars extend to seal the back of the pouch. Once the desired pouch length is transferred it is filled with product. Horizontal seal bars then close, seal and cut the pouch. The finished product is a bag with top and bottom horizontal seals and one vertical back seal.
