CA/CB Inclined Screens
The Ludowici Malco CA/CB Inclined Screen is a time proven design based around the historically successful Link-Belt range of vibrating screens.
These screens are used in the dry sizing of minerals, are inclined or typically sloped at 20 degrees, and have a circular motion vibration which allows efficient stratification and separation of different sizes of material.
Model CA screens come in sizes ranging from 1.2m wide up to 2.4m wide, and in lengths ranging from 2.4m up to 7.3m. They are available in single, double and triple deck configuration and can be supplied with either single or dual exciter to suit the particular application.

Ludowici CIP Screens are well proven, low capital cost declined dewatering screens. The design is "industry standard" and has been used for dewatering in gold processing carbon circuits for more than 30 years. The CIP screens can be driven by either a mechanical vibrator with vee pulleys and a free standing electric motor or a single out-of-balance vibrator motor to impart an elliptical/circular motion to the screen. These screens are fitted with side-tensioned woven screen cloth as standard. Sizes range between 600mm to 1200mm wide x 1200mm to 3000mm long.
Brute Force Screens (BRU)
Ludowici BRU horizontal and Multi-Slope (Banana) screens can be supplied in single or double deck with either flat deck or cambered side-tensioned screen surfaces.
High throughput capacity and separation efficiency can easily be achieved for either wet or dry screening applications.
These screens are specifically designed to operate at high 'g' forces to produce efficient separation, desliming or media recovery with linear motion being produced by reliable Ludowici Exciters which feature the flexibility of in-situ stroke adjustment to the screen. Screen drive is by a free-standing electric motor through vee-belts and pulleys. Models available are from 1.2m to 4.2m wide x 3.6m to 9.2m long and are available in either single, twin or triple exciter drive up to 110kW.
The BRU screens are mounted on steel coil springs as standard to give <96% vibration isolation from the supporting structure. Additional options available are isolation frames and dust enclosures.

High Frequency Screens (VSW)
The Ludowici Honert model VSW Hi-Frequency Dewatering Screens are high-performance solids recovery devices.
These screens are used to produce a dry “filter-cake” like product, drying and compacting fine (-0.3mm) material into a conveyable product.
Sizes range from 0.6m wide up to 1.8m wide with capacities of anywhere between 5 – 120 t/h of solids feed.

Medium Duty Screens (UHS)
The Ludowici / Honert model UHS Vibrating Screen is a medium duty screen, typically used in carbon recovery circuits. These screens are used to recover small quantities of solids from liquids including trash/oversize removal in Gravity Concentration circuits.
Offering extended trouble-free life, the UHS screens can handle slurry flow rates of up to 1300 m3/hr.
To date, Ludowici has supplied more than 400 model UHS screens throughout the world.
