It is for this reason that we only distribute products from trusted suppliers who guarantee a warranty on their products and comply with Australian and New Zealand standards. Our goal is to be a leader in the electricity products market, where quality is a top priority without compromising on affordability. We care about quality as much as pricing.

Types of warranties

There are different warranties available, depending on the product selected, and are clearly labeled in the product description of the item.

The following are a list of the warranties that can be found on our webstore:

10 years - 10 times your money back

The benefits in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

The original purchaser of Cable-Loc products bearing the warranty seal is provided with the following warranty and subject to the warranty conditions. Cable-Loc warrants these products for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. All defective parts will be replaced ten fold. The following exclusions do not preclude the purchaser from those statutory rights consumers have under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

10 and 12 year warranty

The benefits in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

The original purchaser of Cable-Loc products bearing the warranty seal is provided with the following warranty and subject to the warranty conditions. Cable-Loc warrants these products for the period specified in the product from the date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. All defective products will be replaced to the customer subject to compliance with warranty conditions. The following exclusions do not preclude the purchaser from those statutory rights consumers have under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

Warranty conditions

  • Warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Product has not be modified or changed in any way.
  • All wiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician or similarly qualified person and must be connected to the voltage requirements as specified in the ratings label.
  • Cable-Loc does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of these products.
  • Warranty will be given on proof of purchase date (e.g. original invoice) and the faulty products returned to Cable-loc for assessment.

Product compliance

We are aware that selling electrical products that don't comply to Australian standards is putting our customers in a risky situation. Not only the credibility and business of a client will be compromised, ours as well. That is why we only distribute products that comply with Australian and New Zealand standards.
