- Flanged Heater assemblies are designed to be inserted in a tank nozzle in the side of a tank. With larger tanks, multiple heaters can be inserted from one or more sides.
Screw Plug Heaters
Used to fit into smaller tanks and vessels to provide heating up to 20kW. Available with brass or SS316 bosses, alloy 800 or alloy 825 element sheaths.
DN50 (2IN) withdrawable heaters are used in similar applications to Screw Plus Heaters, but where it is essential to be able to replace the elements without emptying the vessel, or coming in contact with the vessel contents. Immersion tubes are available in copper, SS316 or Duplex stainless steel.
Duct Heaters are used to raise the temperature of the air stream in ventilation systems, particularly to prevent the formation of condensation in high humidity applications. Also available in hazardous area versions to suit potentially explosive atmospheres.
Drum and IBC Heaters
Drum and IBC Heaters are used to condition stored chemicals to prevent degradation, and for avoiding caustic crystalisation at low temperatures
