Tamp-blow Label Application of Weber 2600 Series Automated Printer Applicator:
Labels are printed in a cost-efficient, next-out mode, and then immediately are applied to cartons or products on the production or packaging line.
Utilizing the tamp-blow method of application, a printed pressure-sensitive labels is peeled from its liner and is retained by vacuum on the applicator's tamp pad.
The pad is extended and blown onto the product or package from approximately .25'.
The standard applicator pad can be adapted to various label sizes, and is provided in a quick-change configuration.
In just a few seconds, the tamp pad can be removed and another fastened in its place to handle a different size label.
Label Pad Options of Weber 2600 Series Automated Printer Applicator:
Options include a variable stroke sensor, a label-on-pad sensor and an adjustable stand that enables the system to be orientated for top or side application.
Standard features include durable anodized aluminum construction, an external user interface with LCD display, easily accessible inputs/outputs to facilitate the use of a product sensor or other optional accessories, and stepper-driven rewind.
