The GLM-E weigh-labelling system is compact and fully automated. Well suited to entry level, it's designed for flexible, weight-dependent pricing and labelling in retail, trade and industrial settings.
Models in the GML-E range have a high-quality aluminium stand. They can be used as stand-alone machines with manual feed, but also integrated into existing automated production lines for fully automatic price labelling.
Either stand-alone with a separate feed belt, or as a downstream system behind a stretch-film packing machine, the GLM-E 20/30 with scales can weigh and automatically label up to 35 packs per minute. Without scales it has a throughput of up to 70 packs/min.
The GLM-E labellers are enclosed in a robust and hygienic plastic housing. Set-up times are fast, as rolls up to an 300mm long can be quickly and simply installed.
There three versions of the GLM-E for labelling products of varying prices and weights:
GLM-E 20/30: with a built-in user terminal and a labelling capacity of up to 35 packages per minute
GLM-E 40: with a built-in user terminal and a labelling capacity of up to 50 packages/ min
GLM-E 50/70: with an external user terminal and a labelling capacity of between 50-70 packages/min
