Each Workbook is focused on a specific topic, e.g. marketing, people, money, operations or strategy. The majority of the questions in each workbook target the core subject area. However, about 20% of the questions cross over into other topics. There are three reasons for this:

In the general running of a business, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to focus on one topic in isolation

The questions cover important topics and are reiterated at different points throughout the volumes
