Pre-requisites: Must be 18 or older or turn 18 prior to date of assessment.
Literacy: A minimum level of literacy and numeracy skills applies. This course is not suitable for those who can not read and write English and apply year 10 (or equivalent) math. Oral assessments are not available.
Course Duration: 1 - 3 days depending on prior knowledge and experience in crane operation and/or dogging
Course numbers: 4 - 8 Assessments for high risk equipment are conducted in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and WorkCover NSW regulations.
Under WorkCover regulations, knowledge and practical assessments are mandatory and must be completed in English; interpretors can not be used.
