Australian developed and manufactured ZigSense systems contain a self healing wireless network of sensors designed for reliable monitoring and control functionality.
Designed for low energy consumption, ZigSense wireless sensing nodes offer exceptional flexibility and ease of operation, minimising costs associated with installing hard wire systems. Data from wireless sensors can be integrated ad-hoc to established supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems or published directly to internet based cloud services.
A central ZigSense gateway coordinates the wireless network. A built-in Modbus communication port provides an interface layer between wireless sensing nodes and readily available industrial systems such as PLC, Data Logger, HMI, Telemetry and SCADA systems.
ZigSense sensors are designed to monitor: Temperature, Relative Humidity, 4 – 20mA current, 0 –10V Voltage, RTD, Pressure, Flow, Toxic Gases, Energy Usage, Serial communications to other Modbus devices and many more process parameters.
