We've designed and engineered stump posts which are adjustable in height by just turning the captive nut.
These posts are used throughout the resources sector. Built to last - they're Hot Dip Galvanized.
The versatile design means you can attach them to nearly any type of joist Universal beams, RHS or timber!
Constructed from durable 75x75x3 Gal SHS, these adjustable steel stumps have been engineer tested to withstand over a huge 40kn vertical pressure with a side load of 6kn.
Feel free to request an engineer's certificate! Custom made to whatever length you require, they are ready to go.
The adjustable top plate makes installation quick, because the post height can be fine-tuned after footing is set! This means you can get the job done cheaper and quicker.
Wet or low lying areas often have unstable soil. This leads to the building sagging, resulting in jamming doors and un-level floors.
Kenro's adjustable stumps simply adjust with a shifting spanner once the building is in place. They can be extended or lowered to maintain your floor level!
