XRF Spectrometer | Axios

This instrument shares the same platform as the more powerful Axios mAX systems, but it is cooled internally and does not need an additional external chiller for installation. Axios 1 kW is the ideal, cost-effective spectrometer for applications with lower throughput requirements, but where accuracy and repeatability remain critical parameters.

• SST X-ray tube design for ultimate close coupling resulting in excellent analytical sensitivity
