A magnetic heavy duty encoder which is available as a stainless steel model and as a highly compact, cost-efficient version.
Both feature a hardened shaft, providing an optimal contact surface for the shaft seal even at highly dynamic speeds.
The compact stainless steel connector features a two-color LED that enables efficient diag-nosis especially in encoders with a CANopen interface, requiring no additional CAN analysis tools. Additionally, the devices are also available with analog signal outputs (voltage/current) and an SSI interface.
The model made from stainless steel 1.4301 has a diameter of 42 mm. Thanks to high mechanical stability, it is suitable for high radial and axial shaft loads of up to 300 N. In addition to the food industry, the encoders can also be used in offshore applications, such as wind turbines, cranes and on ships. Moreover, they can be installed in mobile machines, e.g. in mining applications.
