The MultiThermTM TC device model measures the BCITM and therefore provides information about the crystallization properties of cocoa butter or cocoa mass. The MultiThermTM T measures the temper index, which delivers the verifiable crystallization values of the pre-crystallized chocolate before it is moulded into the required shape.

Suitable for the entire production chain

The compact and mobile device can be used from when the goods are received up until the chocolate is moulded, and guarantees that the crystallization properties of the products being processed are checked continuously.

MultiThermTM has an integrated database. The device reads the measurements directly, and they can then be easily transferred via Ethernet or USB to PCs.
