The new series of Bestech Australia pressure transmitters features a silicone wafer pressure sensing element that is suspended in an oil filled capsule.
This 'floating element' technology reduces the adverse effects of hydraulic and thermal shock which can impair the accuracy, performance and life of pressure sensors.
To further enhance performance, the sensing element of each MRB2 pressure sensor is LASER trimmed during its manufacture. When fully assembled, each transmitter is automatically computer tested and calibrated anda Test Report is issued with each Transmitter.
Typical applications for the Bestech Australia MRB2 pressure transmitters include pump control for agricultural sprayers, machine tool coolant and cutting oil pressure control, air conditioning system control, hydraulic pump control, airline pressure monitoring, and pressure data logging.
Because the diaphragm material is 316L stainless steel, most gases and liquids are compatible with the MRB2 pressure sensor. The transmitter case material is 316 Stainless Steel.
The MRB2 range of pressure transmitters is available in full scale ranges from 1 Bar to 600Bar. Pressure references include gauge, sealed gauge and absolute.
A range of output signals includes 4 to 20 mA (2 wire), 0 to 10V, 0 to 5V, and ratiometric voltage signals (all 3 wire). The standard accuracy is 0.25% FS, and an option of 0.1% FS accuracy is available.Electrical connection alternatives include cable or DIN right angle connector, and the options of pressure port include G¼, G ½ (BSP) and NPT threads.
