Existco’s Mobile Sales system is the perfect solution for when your sales team is on the move. Whether it be sales from a showroom, sales from a warehouse or sales in the outback, our system has you covered.

Enjoy true freedom with the convenience of a mobile sales terminal. Don’t be tethered with cables or restricted to Wi-Fi or mobile coverage areas. Our mobile sales system works without needing to be connected to home base. Sales are stored and uploaded once mobile or Wi-Fi coverage is detected.

Complex barcodes? No worries! Our mobile handsets feature 2D imaging barcode scanners capable of reading any regular 1D or 2D barcodes.

It’s easy to update product and customer lists, too. Simply update the product and customer files on the server and all mobile handsets will detect the change when they next check for updates.

Worried about security? Don’t be. All data sent on the web is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the same technology your bank uses to protect you when you do online banking. In addition to this, downloading updates requires a temporal key that changes every 30 seconds. Now that’s secure!

How It Works

Existco Mobile Sales is a simple yet powerful tool.

Customer and product information is downloaded securely from your sales server and stored on the mobile sales handset.

Sales are started from the handset, specifying the customer, sale type and rep code.

Products are either scanned with the built-in scanner or selected manually from the handset.

Price may be adjusted and a quantity entered. Any sale item may be revised at any time.

Completed sales are marked as finalized on the handset and are automatically sent via e-mail to the sales department for processing.

The sales department receives a CSV file that may be uploaded into a sales processing software package, printed out to be processed manually or loaded into Excel for manipulation.
