LVR?  65% is the norm for interest only, but 70% is available if paying principal & interest.
Size? Minimum  $500,000 maximum $3,000,000.
Security? Commercial, industrial, retail with residential as collateral.
Fees? .5 % establishment fee, valuation and legals at cost.

For the larger loans from $3,000,000 to $30,000,000 the rates are slightly higher beginning at 5.75%, but wait...

You will get reimbursed the cost of the establishment fee, the valuation fee.
Discharge fees from your current lenders and the Mortgage duty,,,,
Up to a maximum of $50,000.00 yes $50,000.00…
