On Friday, August 1, 2008 test and measurement company, HBM, completed the acquisition of nCode International, a leading supplier of durability, test and analysis software and rugged data acquisition instruments.

Southfield, MI USA - August 6, 2008 - On Friday, August 1, 2008 test and measurement company, HBM, completed the acquisition of nCode International, a leading supplier of durability, test and analysis software and rugged data acquisition instruments.

HBM is a global market leader in test and measurement and sensor technology, providing the full measurement chain comprising sensors, DAQ-instruments and software and related services across a broad range of industries.
