Areas of scope undertaken by RMR Process included: modifying and extending existing process rooms, installation of a new cooking system and associated services (steam boilers, compressed air and electrical), new filling lines to meet the increased throughput and new packaging types, installation of two new retorts and associated services (cooling towers, compressed air receivers and water treatment).
RMR also installed an automated retort tray loading/stacking system, semi-automated unloading equipment and a new end-of-line system.
Electrical design & installation, including new distribution boards, MCC's and control panels was carried out by RMR.
