Refinery Oil & Chemical Pressure Gauges
Most common case sizes are 63mm, 100mm and 150mm dial sizes. However - 80mm, 200mm and 250mm are also available upon request.
Mounting configuration can be Direct Mount Bottom Entry (DB), Direct Mount Rear Entry (DR), Surface Mount Bottom Entry (SB), Panel Mount Rear Entry (PR) and Flush Mount Rear Entry (FR).
Accuracy - 63mm and 80mm +/- 1.6% of full scale, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm +/- 1.0% of full scale.
Pressure ranges from -100 to +100,000 kPa (standard scales). Can also be supplied in PSI, KG/CM2, Bar, mPa, inHG, inH20, mmHG, cmHg or any units scale desired.
Can be supplied with a Dry case or Glycerine filled case for normal temperature applications and Silicone Oil filled case for higher temperature applications.
Can be fitted with diaphragm seal if the process medium has solids that could clog the gauge or if to be used in the food or beverage industries.
If the process medium is not suitable for use with 316 stainless steel then a PTFE lined seal can be fitted. For high temperatures, a cooling element can be fitted between the diaphragm and pressure gauge.
Integral lighting option - can be supplied with internal lighting as per image. Power requirement is 8 to 28 Volts DC.
