PROJECT COSTING: Preparation of Complete project report for the new Sponge Iron plants including the complete costing and profitability statement.
PROJECT DESIGNING: Once the customer has elected what size Sponge Iron Plant will be installed then we will prepare and submit the complete designing and layout of the plant from the “Ground Zero” till production.
DESIGNING & SUPPLY OF PLANT & MACHINERY: MIT Sponge will Design the complete machinery and then manufacture and supply the complete machinery required for the Sponge Iron Plant. However the machinery at this moment will be only fabricated in India in sections. The sectionalised machinery will be dispatched to the Plant Site for Erection.
ERECTION: MIT will execute the erection of the supplied machinery to best excellence and workman ship that will be beyond the International standards. MIT erection Team is fully capable to deliver as required by the customer.
COMMISSIONING: MIT has complete commissioning team that will commission the plant in the best possible way.
TRAINING & OPERATION OF THE PLANT: MIT team will provide the complete training to the customer personnel during the erection and commissioning of the plant as well as while the Plant is in Operation.
OPERATION HAND OVER: Once the plant is in operation and customer is comfortable handling the plant then MIT will handover the plant to the customer. Customer can elect how long does he wants the MIT Sponge to run the plant.
