We have developed a wide variety of components including:

• Cards to fit off-the-shelf automation systems
• Small, special-use controllers
• More complex units to measure and control a number of inputs
• Data communications
• Data logging

We can design circuits from the ground up and build them with on custom printed boards.

Two examples pictured to the right, are a small sample of what we have produced for past clients.

The top one is and interface card for attaching a PC to a Hitachi H2000 extension rack. The second one is a water meter for a multi-tenancy building which recorded individual water use and had battery backup power.

It is usually uneconomical to produce such electronics in small numbers, around 5 - 20 units. However, this is totally dependant on your circumstances. Sometimes just one unit is needed, and is more economical to develop a simple specialized circuit than buy an expensive system off the shelf that is simply over-kill. This may also be useful for testing and development.

For producing larger numbers of units, the circuit designs can easily be sent to electronics manufacturers (often overseas) for low cost-per-unit production.
