EXHIBITION MOMENTS
Colchester Machine Tool Solutions attended the AMTIL Manufacturing Week in Melbourne, where we showcased our latest machine tools, including Colchester Student Centre Lathe, the iconic Industry-Leading Harrison Alpha CNC Lathe, and Colchester VS 2500 Centre Lathe with Constant Surface Speed Control. In addition, we provided information on our other services and support for the manufacturing industry, including machine repairs and spare parts.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The event aimed to provide a platform for manufacturers to showcase their latest products and services, network with other industry players, and stay up to date with the latest trends/technologies in the manufacturing industry. In addition, visitors to the event had the opportunity to see our incredible machines in action and meet with representatives from the company to discuss their specific needs and requirements. 

BUSINESS INNOVATION
Our colleague and Senior Applications Engineer at Colchester UK, Trevor Matthews, made a special trip to Australia to join us at the show. He spent
a lot of time with upcoming industry leaders such as apprentices and engineering students. One apprentice approached us and said he had never
machined a part on a CNC lathe. Then, with just few minutes of guidance, he turned his first part on our Harrison Alpha 1400XS CNC Lathe.

TRAINING AT NSW WAREHOUSE
Trevor Matthews, Senior Applications Engineer, at Colchester UK visited us to share his extensive knowledge and experience with our Sales and Service Team. He demonstrated various machines to enhance our team’s technical knowledge on various applications and accessories associated with the machines. The team enjoyed intensive training on Alpha CNC Lathe and gained an indepth knowledge on the new state-ofthe-art Fanuc controls and programming software including Alpha Link.
