Enerpat Aluminum Extrusion Baler
The ENERPAT AMB-L2014-250T Aluminum Extrusion Baler is a heavy-duty automatic scrap metal baler designed for recycling aluminum extrusion profiles, aluminum sections and other non-ferrous scrap.
With a 250-ton main ram, 2 × 125-ton side rams and a 2000 × 1400 × 900 mm press chamber, the machine compresses loose aluminum profiles into compact 400 × 400 mm bales. The rated capacity for aluminum profiles is 1–1.5 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for scrap metal recyclers handling regular daily volumes.
Long aluminum extrusion profiles can be difficult to handle when stored loose. The AMB-L2014-250T uses a large compression chamber and built-in shearing blades to help process longer profiles without requiring separate pre-cutting in many applications.
Its hydraulic compression system forms consistent bales that are easier to handle, stack and transport.
The machine uses cold pressing, so no binders or heating are required during the baling process.
The AMB-L2014-250T is suitable for recycling operations that need to move beyond manual baling.
Instead of manually cutting and compressing aluminum profiles, operators can load the material into the press chamber and use the automatic hydraulic system to complete the compression cycle.
The resulting 400 × 400 mm aluminum bales require less space than loose extrusion scrap and can be handled more easily during storage and transportation.
For Australian and other long-distance scrap recycling operations, this can be particularly useful where storage and freight efficiency are important.
