At up to 20 mixing cycles per hour, the Speedmix batch mixer is able to handle your free-flowing dry solids. For animal feed and many other material processing sectors, the Speedmix’s hygienic nature and easy maintenance make it a profitable option.

A large range of different mixing chamber capacities, ranging from 100 to 10000 litres, are provided by the Speedmix series.

For dry solids processing, with any filling level between 10 percent and 100 percent of the maximum mixer power, you can expect to achieve a constant mixing efficiency. With excellent homogeneity, the well-engineered mixing elements minimise mixing time to 90 seconds, providing a variation coefficient (CV) of 2 to 5 percent at a mixing ratio of 1:100000.

In addition, the soft starter allows the machine to start under full load, while the twin discharge flaps allow complete discharge in less than 10 seconds, boosting up to 20 mixing cycles per hour of production output.

For dry goods, the Speedmix minimises content residues to < 0.05 percent, minimising the chance of cross-contamination substantially. The overlapping outlet flaps are lined with profiled rubber seals that can cope with down to 100 microns of powder additives. Stainless twin outlet flaps and the option of a full mixing chamber of stainless steel on some mixer sizes offer you the highest standards of sanitation.
