Bagel Cut up to 59/80R63

The Eagle Titan II Tyre Cutter is a heavy-duty hydraulic cutting system designed to process large Off-the-Road (OTR) and mining tyres with power and precision. With the ability to handle tyres up to 44 inches in tread width and 14 feet in overall diameter, the Titan II is purpose-built for extreme-duty downsizing tasks. For ultra-wide tyres exceeding 44 inches, the unit is also capable of secondary cuts following initial sectioning with the Eagle Punch Cutter or Punch Cutter II.

The machine features a high-performance diesel engine, a specially engineered cylinder mount, and a blade system designed for uniform cutting pressure throughout the cycle. Its five hydraulically driven bed rollers and two liftable extension rollers offer exceptional manoeuvrability, guiding massive tyres into the optimal cutting position. A hydraulic probe secures the tyre in place, allowing operators to precisely control the cut size for efficient downstream processing.

Integrated into a custom trailer, the Titan II offers full mobility on-site and is available with electric or diesel power options. As part of the Vertech equipment range, it pairs seamlessly with other Eagle downsizing machines and Barclay shredders.
