Accurate control of Vibratory Linear and Vibratory Bowl Feeders can be achieved with the R3 and R5 stabilized controllers.
Most Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders will benefit from the stabilized circuits allowing a smooth progressive control of feeding or metering of materials.
The electronic control circuit is capable of handling voltage fluctuations, interferences form adjacent machinery, excessive vibrations and is housed in a Plastic or Metal IP rated enclosures. The R3 and R5 models present internal trim pots for sweep adjustments, provision for no voltage OP switching, current limiting overload control and a choise of ramp times for acceleration changes.
These models are available for up to 6 amp loadsin 50/60 Hz versions with 240 volt power. External power lights indicator, on/off switching and 0 to 100 percent non-stepped control.
A number of more sophisticated versions are also available for example Frequency Adjustable models, multiple function types where timed and progressive adjustment is required involving a number of Vibratory Feeders such as the combination of Linear and Circular Feeders. Automatic Feed-Back control circuits include monitoring of the Vibratory Feeder,s amplitude to adjust for various load conditions.
