Answering the request for a mobile station that will allow the bulk handling of snack foods then elevating them to a Vibratory Feeding and Weighing module before dischaging through a Pipe Metal Detector was the task given to Enmin Vibratory Equipment.
Packaging of small runs of snack foods such as edible nuts or fruit and nut mixes do not require the expense of a full blown automatic handling system. In offer these stations with a number of variants Enmin Vibratory Equipment satisfies the needs of many medium sized businesses providing this service.
The station usually consists of an accumulation hopper fitted with an Enmin Electromagnetic Feeder to accurately meter the product in to the Elevating Conveyor. The product is delivered to a secondary Electromagnetic Feeder which has a two stage feeding control to fill the weigh hopper. On reaching the net weigh the Weigh Hopper discharges the product to the Pipe Metal detector to scan for any metallic inclusions. Sensing metal will activate the reject system. Once the Weigh Hopper has been discharged the Weigh Vibratory Feeder is again activated to commence the process. The weighed product is simply delivered to the bag or box before closure.
Through programming the entire system can be controlled to measure the bulk hopper levels, regulate the feed to the Elevating Conveyor and control the overhead storage Feeder. With the comp[lete station being mobile it can easily be relocated within the plant.
